I think if the polarity of the entire universe could be read as being either more positive or more negative, for the time frame of the past month, I think it would have had the needle buried on the negative side.

I have had my share of rough times lately, but I am not the only one, it seems as if the very fabric of our reality is unraveling at the seams.

As terrible as this may be, I have decided not to allow this to get me down, I am determined to focus on the positive and tip the scales back into our favor.

With that said, I can think of no more an appropriate time:

Wow, I love that song, it always puts a smile on my face and makes me snicker, come on, you try, I bet you can't finish without smiling, or at least feeling a little better.

My goals for the next month:

1. Let my ear heal.

2. Spread as much positivity as possible.
