the best weekends are those in which you don't do squat. having just had one of those, i just wanted to broadcast these findings, based on scientifically rigorus experimentation.
anyway, had a studio review friday. the library project is going reasonably well. i'll post some drawings in my pics soon.. probably noone really cares, but you never know.
the project isn't really a library, actually.. i'm calling it the archive of human experience. the idea is to create an extermely robust (non-digital) storage system in order to preserve something of humanity in case society drastically changes or vanishes one day. the archive should be stable for at least 10,000 years. i'm looking currently at encoding information in slabs of synthetic diamond, which is very inexpensive and incredibly strong.
like i said, i'll post some drawings. they're very early, and probably the project will look nothing like this in a few weeks.. wait and see..

hmmm yes, yes, that is the plan, to get a used Monster. Actually, I've been checking out Buells lately. I like the more aggressive riding position. But whatever it is, it will be compact and naked. Thats the look I love. Whatta you got?
