Sorry, hope it didn't seem that I was jumping on you, I was pretty tired and hate to say it recently my writings have become much more confrontational than I intend frown More than likely some of the confusion comes from the fact that I am not a fan of LOTR in general. The films were impressive and will be seen as classics in the future, that said I still didn't like them all that much (don't have to like something to admit it is impressive tongue). Anyway its all cool bro.

Yeah, but things like Star Wars are stillclassics and regarded as technically innovate while still looking dated within a certain time period... the same thing has happened with the matrix, although its technical innovations are only six years old. I suppose one of the virtues of classics (even instant ones) are that it can be regarded within the context of conemporary works and recognized as great & significant.
