Well so far off to a bad start this week. I slept through my alarm and didn't wake up till 8:45 so I hoped out of bed, called my boss and raced out the door. And I've got a lot of work to do with some extremely ambitious expectations for me to meet by the end of the year.

I feel like I lost a few days last week since I didn't get much as far as visible progress even though I was working on laying out and thinking through the architecture for the system I've been designing. Today I got to spend the day furiously keyboarding then the afternoon debugging. So I guess that was rewarding.

I guess a good friend of mine came in town today from Mississippi so that's cool I suppose. Hopefully I'll have time to hang out for a day or something.

Can't believe the end of the year is so soon.

Oh so yesterday I drank the ayahuasca I attempted to brew on Saturday. Well... from the directions vs the appearance of my brew, I didn't do it right and must have burned the mimosa hostilis plant thus deactivating the active ingredients. It tasted like shit. And basically I spent the next hour feeling sick and vomiting. Then I had to go work at church for the final show of the Christmas play.


I'm so sleepy....
