So I just got back from seeing Lord of the Rings. It was great, I didn't want it to end! Usually with action/adventure movies I kind of space out during the fight scenes, because they're mostly just a bunch of loud noises and blurry motion, but with LotR I was actually really interested in what was happening during the fighting. All through the movie, every time they showed a new town I kept saying, "Ooooh I want to live there!!" First with the dark scary castle by Mt. Doom, then the first Elven town, then the other Elven town, and then finally the ruins of the dwarf mines. There were just so many pretty things to look at in that movie! Oh, did I mention Legolas yet? I think he was my favorite pretty thing!
