Everything is done, the house is sold and the money is in the bank. Not sure what the next step is other than sleeping and resting, it's been a rough whirlwind of a month, but we ended up with a good chunk of money more than we expected. I spent 8 years in that house, it's still a bit hard to say goodbye, but it is done, it's over.

@Adelina Thanks, yeah not quite a decade. My puppy (well full grown adult dog) is almost as old as the house, I picked her up from the shelter three days after I moved in.
