I am attending the Blood and Thunder training camp in Toronto in Dec. Coach Pauley, Quadzilla, Smarty Pants and 3 other wicked coaches, 4 days ...and then scrimmage at the end too
and get this...open to men for mixed teams! (my first time, you should come!)

Fairly large personal news - I'll be hanging up the submission wrestling gear (at least for a bit) and I've joined the Portland Men's Roller Derby League! I'm very excited about it! My name will be, "Lamb-Chop" on account of my Greekness coupled with my fighting background. I thought it was funny; kudos to my awesome friends for thinking of it! Now off to practice...
