Well, my problem wound is actually healing! I go back in another month. Hopefully it will be all healed up in time for my shoulder surgery which I have scheduled for the Thursday before Thanksgiving. And hopefully that will heal in time for my Lasiks surgery most likely in January. I'm changing my name to Slice N Dice.
So, on top of all that excitement, I just registered for some refresher classes. It's been 20 years since I got my degree. I am excited, and terrified. Mostly excited...I think.

Yeah, summer is for outside, except when it's 110! Then it's all about staying inside and reading or watching movies. Gav just watches Popeye or plays with his train or Batcave when it's that hot.
I haven't been into chat much lately. A lot of times when I check it's empty. I haven't had much free time in the evenings lately, unfortunately. I was in for a half hour the other night, but that's it.
