I went in to the office today for training. I was there for only about 5 hours. This evening, my wound dressing was shredded and I was quite a bloody mess. But the training was fun, it was a team building class where we answered a bunch of questions and they analyze what personality traits you have. I am trying to get an electronic copy because its like 22 pages long, and is surprisingly accurate. I love in the section on how to best communicate with me, I quote :
- show him a sincere demeanor by careful attention to his point of view
- keep at least three feet away from him
- listen to him
- don't ask rhetorical questions, or useless ones
- don't ramble on or waste his time
All good advice.
