So begins the third week for me in Maine, and another snowstorm is knocking on the door. It seems I just can't shake that perpetual snow cloud over my head. The upside to that is I'm back on the slopes in a couple of weeks... I've got an appearance scheduled all the way up at Saddleback, an area I've always wanted to check out but just never had the chance.
And finally, I've secured an apartment after the headaches of the past week. Shiny hardwood floors, brand new appliances, a fucking DISHWASHER (cue angels singing), ah yes. Jesus Chrysler's Bachelor Pad, Maine Edition will have its grand opening on Thursday night, when I go to sleep early since I have to fill in on mornings for a few days later this week. And I thought I could escape those pre-sunrise alarm clocks so easily
I'm eating a pizza from Amato's, a local chain here in Maine. I was told by a former Mainer "they have the best pizza by far" in town. It's obvious this person eats pizza like once a year. It's better than Dominos anyway
