I had my new years party last nite with my husband. It was me, my sister, her friend, my husband, and our friends jim and jen. We had a good time playing Rock Band and a drinking game. It was nice being just us.

Today I made my own scrub top with the sewing machine I got for christmas. It came out soo cool! I plan on making an awesome new apron for sex and cooking. smile

I do not think it is selfish for you to want to spend time with your family. That is what the holidays are about...Being with friends, family, and loved ones. I mean, I can understand your husband wanting you to be there when he gets home...But at the same time, I def think he needs to understand where you are coming from. It isn't like you are flying across country and will be gone for a super long time...I think he should be able to deal with a night or two alone while you visit with family for the holidays. There's my 2 cents anyway whatever
