Starting on Friday, I will begin the ten week 'T25' program from Beachbody with my momma. I'm already fit, yes, but with a few vacations and photoshoots coming up, I want to look my very best. And I think my mom, who is pretty overweight, will gain the biggest benefit by having me do this with her. I've heard a lot of great things about their other programs, so I'm hoping this will be a great routine to get into daily, especially since it's only 25 minutes long. Has anyone else on here tried it? Any thoughts?
