Well, consider me jealous.
I'm thinking about going vegan.. but I'm not sure if I can do it. I'm gluten intolerant so wheat products are out already. I did follow a vegan diet for a few months about 5 years ago (before I knew I couldn't eat wheat products) and felt pretty good but it'll be soo hard to maintain a balanced diet now. Any ideas?

Thanks very much!! I live in the blue mountains, about an hour out of Sydney and unfortunately our local vegan/veggie restaurant shut down 
but if you're in the city, Iku Wholefoods Cafe in Bondi is to-die-for (a little pricey though). Newtown has some pretty awesome restaurants and cafes with vegan menus. There are farmers markets in most towns, most weekends. I hope you enjoy Sydney!
