The problem is with the battery, or resistance in the trigger switch. If you lay off the trigger before the piston releases, the battery dosen't seem strong enough to pull the piston back to release it. A new, full battery works for a little while, but once it gets stuck I had to recharge the battery again to release the piston. A $25 dollar 1300mah Makita battery works wonderfully! No problems whatsoever, now just for the wiring...
