Call me stupid, but video game endings often make me emotional. I realize that I shouldn't spoil the ending, so the following is in a spoiler if you haven't (but plan to) beat the game.
What a great game, huh? The music for the final battle was perfect. It mixed a feeling of horror and pure fear with a sense of Ganon's terrible, soul-crushing, larger-than-life power. Just the music alone had me thinking "I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die!" at first. Once I hit my stride, though, I knew I was going to make it. I only got hit once! That's not to mention the fight with the human (Gerudo?) Ganondorf, which was tougher.
I'd like to say more, but again, I don't want to spoil anything.
Every time I finish a walkthrough, I wonder "what do I do now?" Walkthrough-writing occupies a lot of time, and afterward I'm often left with nothing to do. But I've started writing a walkthrough for Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages for Game Boy Color (or Advance, etc.)
Walkthrough-writing is something I certainly enjoy. I'm not a pubescent teenaged boy, though, so I'm a bit of an oddity when it comes to walkthrough writers. I would post my walkthroughs on Gamefaqs, but there are usually so many other walkthroughs already there that I don't want to bother. I post them on my home page.
Hope you're having fun. I turn 25 in TWO DAYS. Wait; does that mean I can rent a car now? Hmm….
Have a good weekend!! xoxox
