Oh my GOODNESS! I hadn't looked at any trailers or whatever for the new Twilight Princess Zelda game until just now. WOWEE! Can this thing be pre-ordered or something? I better go to the games store down the street and see what's up!
I'm sorry to say that I am not going to visit the SG boards anymore. Between FearTheReaper's offensive thread titles (which I can't escape thanks to the news headlines posted at the top
), the gossipy celebrity news stories, and the general rudeness and whiny-ness of the members, it's just no fun anymore. I won't stop journaling and trying to comment on friends' journals (an area in which I've been slacking), but no more boards. Groups? Maybe. But I will be staying here on SG, so don't you worry your pretty little head.
I'm on a Zelda kick. I've been working on my Ocarina of Time walkthrough, AND my Link to the Past walkthrough. I am proud to say I own the original Link to the Past cartridge, which I popped in today after many long years. My first save file had some huge number, like 154, underneath it; I guess that's how many times I died??
I have a policy with Zelda games now that I DO NOT die! If I look to be near death, I reset the game! That may be lame and cheap, but whatever! I DO NOT die!
I was even thinking, hey, maybe I should get a tattoo of Link! I don't think I really want a tattoo, but I guess if I were to get one, it would be Link. And/or Zelda. That would be pretty sweet, no?
I went and read a bunch of Zelda-related Wikipedia articles, too. I endeavor to learn all the names of all the Zelda enemies, because I think many of them are indeed named something. The Zelda enemies Wikipedia article has an ok listing, but there is a lot more that could be added. Like what are those green vegetable-like monsters with the three orange tentacles in the Dark World? What about the bomb-throwing cyclopses? (Hinox?) I've searched around, but I see conflicting information, so I'm not sure who to trust. *shifty eyes* edit Aha!
And... Aha! I just fixed my Annieverse forum!
