I ordered all of Annie's vinyl the other day. I look forward to listening to Anniemal on my turntable. I wonder how they worked out her DJ Kicks in LP format. (2xLP at that).
I went grocery shopping on Sunday and bought lots of snacky foods to bring with me to work. MollyMolly and I have been discussing bringing snacks to work (she is concerned I don't eat enough, and she's right, I don't). Her favorite are animal cookies, and I had wanted to buy some Sunday but completely forgot. But MollyMolly is sending me some!
I love Molly.
I actually had quite a heavy bag to take to work on Monday, filled with these things: frozen veggie burgers (which I've decided is a decent lunch meal unlike Easy Mac or Spaghetti-Os), hamburger buns, a 10-pack of berry-flavored Juicy Juice (super heavy), peanut M&Ms (I had wanted Molly's favorite, Reese's Pieces, but for some reason I couldn't find any), mini Tootsie Rolls, and Good & Plenty (Molly had never heard of these; they are candy coated bits of black licorice. Normally I hate black licorice, but for some reason I like this stuff. I can't eat too many in one sitting though.)
And that isn't even all I wanted to bring to work. I have Oreos too, and I might be bringing the pretzels I bought as well. And then there's the Easy Mac (which I ended up taking today, but was in a rush and didn't have time to grab anything else) and Spaghetti-Os (which I'll probably make double portions of; otherwise it won't be enough food).
I actually made a double portion of Easy Mac today (I wrote the previous paragraphs yesterday, so if you're confused, that might be why.) and something was up with the cheese sauce mix. It did not taste right at all. It was edible, but it was "off". And I couldn't finish it all (I couldn't have even if the cheese sauce tasted fine), so in the end it got all cold and sticking together and gross.
And then when I wanted to throw out the stuff I didn't eat, I opened the door to the other side of the building and heard my boss screaming at his dad. Now, my boss was in the hospital a couple of weeks ago with a really bad case of pneumonia. This is really, really bad for his health. He is under a lot of pressure.
Anyway, I sat at my desk a while and waited until my boss was gone (having driven off in a rage) to throw out the part I couldn't eat.
I'm not really going anywhere with this. I haven't updated because I've had no idea what to say. And I still don't. So I guess I'll end here. That was lame. Sorry.
