Today's Rant: A Real Man/Woman

This is what I think a true lover should be. Is it safe to say that these are the qualities that I look for in a man/woman. I would say yes. I don't know what brought this on, but I had the strangest dreams last night, and when I woke up this is what came out of my brain. Enjoy.

A true romantic, that's what I've been called, moonlight walks, poems, candles. That stuff is all for me. So, what, you might ask is the indecent proposal that gets someone into my arms? Well, I don't really know myself, but this could be a good start.

My lover has to be beautiful... not just on the outside but in their soul too. Beautiful has so many different faces to me. I can find someone beautiful just because they have the most intense eyes that I have ever seen. I have to see that there in something there, that something that makes me want to ravage them all the time.

My lover has to smell good to me. I don't like body sprays, or perfume, or the jacked up smell of cosmetic stench. I like the smell of flesh, warm, washed, soft flesh. I like the smell of armpits that don't have deodorant on them, musty and clean.

My lover has to have very nice lips and be very very kissable. If your not a good kisser, your out on your ass. No fish kisses, no swallowing your face kisses. Sexy, passionate kisses only please. I love to be kissed, everywhere. It drives me mad.

My lover must be intelligent. He or she must be able to speak their language fluently without the dribble and slang so often spat out of mouths these days. I don't care what language you speak, as long as you do it beautifully and articulately. And, cute accents, definitely a bonus, but not necessary.

My lover must have a job or some kind of income. I am not a greedy money crazed person. I don't mind paying for things, but I don't like to support anyone else. I pay my bills, and I don't want to pay theirs too.

My lover has to be spontaneous and want to do crazy things with me no matter what they are. If I want to go bungee jumping, they have to be just as excited as I am about going. They have to randomly take me to do things that I've never done before, or see things that I've never seen.

My lover must like museums. I love art, all of it. I can spend hours in the museum just staring at the things there. I love the natural history museum in New York. I spent an entire day roaming around the place until they kicked me out.

My lover must be willing to try new foods and must be able to cook. He/she must surprise me with dinner sometimes(no seafood please), run me a hot bath full off milk and petals, give me a massage, dry my naked body off, and caress me.

My lover must be sober and clean. No drugs, no excessive drinking. A glass of wine with dinner, a few drinks at the club now and then, celebrating birthdays and holidays with drinks. This is fine, but if you drink everyday, for no reason,in the morning, in the afternoon, all the time; if you cannot live without getting wasted, your not for me.

My lover must be very clean and tidy. I am a neat freak, and I don't want anyone to be at my home that doesn't clean up after themselves.

My lover must like to see me with NO makeup on and dressed like a bum. As well, my lover must be attractive when they are at their wost.

My lover must be very passionate and love to have sex. He/she has to be able to keep up with my random desires, and be open to new things/possibilities. If my lover is bisexual, all the better but not necessary. He/she must understand that 4 play is not a dice game.

My lover must not be jealous, but must understand that I come first. If they are with me somewhere, they are with me and no one else.

My lover must like to go to the park and play on the swings. I once went swinging in a hurricane just because I could. I am very impulsive, and you must be able to keep up with me.

My lover must learn what I like and what I do not like. My lover must be patient with me, though I am a very impatient person. And, he/she must understand that I anger very easily and not get upset about it.


My lover must like to read to me in bed, bring me flowers for no reason, like to cuddle after sex, randomly write me poetry, music, drawl pictures of me, rub my feet, kiss the backs of my knees, take me places I've never been, tell me that I'm beautiful first thing in the morning, never lose their passion for me, always have a fire inside of them, have some kind of goals, work for things that they want, be creative, like to dance, wear makeup, love music, like to travel, drink coffee or tea, love bookstores, believe in the mystical and magical...ect.

My lover must be Bluntly Honest. I want to know what you mean...what you feel, what's wrong, how you are, if my dress really looks OK, if your angry, if your going out to see some other girl, ect... I want to know. I absolutely do not like to be lied to for any reason!

My lover must respect the fact that I am confident with my body and my sexuality, and must not be offended that I tend to show off either of them.

My lover must be modest but confident in themselves as well. And must always have fresh ideas and keep me guessing. My lover must always have passion for me, and for other things in life.

And, My lover MUST LOVE ANIMALS, especially dogs.

Can you live up to this?

I could go on and on with this for hours, but I have to shower and go to work. I'll leave you with another picture of my artwork. I hope you enjoy it. I'm going to post some of the bigger pieces when I get a chance to take pictures of them.
