Thought for Today Why is it no matter how hard I try to block the light from coming in my window, it still finds a crack somewhere?
So, I've been away for a couple of days. Moving. I finally moved out of my gross moldy apartment that I had been staying in. The complex gave me another apartment, since the water pipe broke under the ground in my other one, and I was forced to constantly swim through my dining room to go to the kitchen.
The other apartment is nice, but not nicer. It has new carpet and new tile. It's a little smaller, which sucks because I have a ton of stuff. I should sell some of this crap. Anyway, I am moving all my things across the back yard and I hear a yell from my NEW apartment. My roommate was trying to hook up the washer and he snapped the water pipe in two. Oh, horror of horrors. Everything got soaked. The carpet, the floor in my closet, my suite case full of old photographs, my shoes, boxes... etc. So, I moved from one wet crappy apartment and to one that was spewing water all over the place. It took three days to fix the problem and to get the carpets dried enough to move the rest of my stuff in. Sucks. I finally got everything in yesterday. I guess I'm just thankful that all of my electronics weren't here yet.
Today, I am going to work. It seems like my work is never done. I'm constantly cleaning my apartment. I am a complete neat freak, and my roommate just leaves things laying out where they shouldn't be and stuff. It drives me crazy. I organize things to make it easy for him to remember where to put the shit, and then he just leaves it laying out on the cabinet. What can you do?
I hope all of you are doing OK today. I hope school or your job or both isn't too rough. Maybe you'll all have something very nice happen for you today since I'm sending you all some super good karma from here at 8am.

Hiya!! in a reply to your post....i havent been on in a bit. i try to stay away from my mums house...I have been staying her for the last 5 months since i got kicked out of my last apartment cause i dumped my ex and she couldnt stand to have me around if she couldnt have me....what a stupid reason. well i still paid rent so she and her son could live comfortablyl...but i moved in to my mums...grrr. its ok in about a month or 2 the nice 2 bedroom that i want will be available..i am too damn picky. good to hear you got a new place. suck that it was flooded. i had a problem with that once. me and 4 other women moved into an apartment together and one had herpes...we were kinda paranoid about it so we kept some lysol and paper towels around the bathroom...but someone kept putting the paper towles in the toilet..not good. it flooded and then the water went to the 2 floors below...i felt bad for everyone at that time....i shared a room with my freind dude nasty(jen) and our roomate anji and ours wwas the only room that wasnt flooded. sorry for the rambling post. your journal makes for intersting reading. nice pictures too. good artists. anyway keep in touch. laters
