I'm not sure how many of my fellow SGers are MAC fans. Those of you that are, have you seen the iPod shuffle?
I don't know if i'm impressed that apple was the first company to realize no one needed screen or that they figured people would be stupid enough to buy the idea that they don't need a screen. time will tell I guess.
At the risk of sounding cliche, I was amazed at the way iPod changed my music habits. Carrying my entire music collection with me was inspiring to say the least. Not having the 'Pod with me to listen to would produce nervous shakes. Torture me with the confines of a mix CD??? Never. 2 years later though, with random taking 35 days to run thru my songs I can see the idea behind having a small flash drive to carry around. Load it with the days random choices and off you go. But does one need two iPods, cell phone, laptop and a palm pilot? Maybe Apple should work on combining all this stuff together and help me lighten up my pockets.
Of course if someone came up with a backpack I could put on stitch to carry all this stuff... hmmm...
