in regards to the last post....it did indeed make up for the crappy lifting!
in the time since....i lifted at the WM raw PL championship, and did quite well....it's all a learning curve
made some new friends and found a new group of folks to lift with as my current gym, despite being convenient is a bit crappy for various reasons....so my lifting is likely to improve!!!! next comp is in Feb, and i hope to better my last performance
work is going well, and i really wanna excel, and with hard work....the improvements seem to be coming SLOWLY, but they are coming at last!
that's about it for now, though i bought a bike helmet, an Arai Viper, it is rather swish and an improvement on my old one......though i have to budget to for bike insurance, a trip to the US in March or so and maybe a new piece of ink
