time for an update methinks....
things are going rather well.....i am about to be let off of the leash at work, well, left unsupervised in charge of a small project at any rate, but it is a small step that makes me feel good
and lifting is going great......a small, slow, steady accumulation of small PRs is happening and this will all add up to a great big total at the Uni champs in Nov.......
ah, happy days.......
i love having a goal to work towards!!!! i know that that varies from person to person, and i try not to be judgemental (sic), but damnit i can't get my head around folks who just float through life with nothing to work towards, or those who state a goal and then whine when it doesn't happen either because they are too scared to take the chance or are too lazy to make it happen.....end of mini rant
off for a bike ride and a nice Sunday lunch
