i am feeling good about life at the moment....work is going well, i got my first feedback from my supervisor...there are some points that i need to work, and some positives that i can take away from that, so i feel good about that 
....i am just worried about fucking up my choice of career, that i keep getting paranoid....but i just keep on trying and reviewing and trying to improve......i can't do better than that!!!!
getting bike 2 serviced soon enough, make sure it is ready for Winter and the inevitable abuse that it will encounter, haha.....i prolly should get a car, but i prefer being on a bike, dunno why, i just do, hehe......guess it's the sense of freedom, i just find it very engaging
got a bunch of work stuff for next week, nothing super stressful, but i can take it all on and get it done....i like the challenge, it sure beats the hell out of being spoon fed at University.......though i do miss the late lie ins, haha
lifting is good, i am about 9 weeks out from my competition, so i am pretty excited about that.......i am gonna really kick ass.....i wanna qualify for Nationals....and see what i can get done!
well, i am off to eat and be a bit more useful!

thanks!!!! haha its good for those things and for drinking when one is poor, which i am. those pounders never fail. good luck getting ready for the competition! i've been keeping up my habits of eating like a body builder haha
