My arms healing nicely i'm off for it finishing on friday I can't wait Are you planning to have any more done?
I started the lighterlife this morning but i was really shaking and dizzy I felt awful Ceraphina had a bad experience with it so after a good chat with her i decided to pack it in I'm not gonna do it again it is too dangerous and i don't want my hair to start falling out again So i am gonna diet sensibly Healthy eating and exercise I'm just so impatient I dont loose it quick enough like that
