ok...my tip for glitter eye shadow...ready. use cover up stick, and put it as a base for where you want the glitter, that way it will stick to it. either that, or you could do waht i did...because that glitter is clear i put pink lipstick as the base! either way, just smudge it on your eyelids, then dab your finger in the glitter and dab it back on your eyes....works like a charm
