I just read this book for a World Lit class. It was interesting. Not sure how much more I can say about it. We were required to do a creative project for the class, so I did this. The coral cactus is wilting right now, but it looked a lot better when I presented the project. I also wanted to fill in more of the empty spaces with more wire, but I ran out of time. I may go back and do it later, but right now it's taking a back seat to other projects.
"I was in a dream, and I was standing on my head . . . leaves were growing from my body, and roots were sprouting from my hands . . . so I dug down into the earth. On and on . . . I wanted flowers to bloom from my crotch, so I spread my legs; I spread them wide . . ."
