Today I have come down the mountain like Zarathustra and feel like dispatching wisdom in torrents of fire and rain.

Ask me something.

Any tips for improving one's posture?

That was exactly what I needed to hear when I needed to hear it.

i'll have to deal with that soon, myself.

i've heard that rubbing yourself with fabric softener sheets works far and away better than bug spray for mosquitoes. haven't tested it yet.
sisu:
I heard it's really easy to get bed bugs when you travel so it pays to check under your mattress and down by the headboard for little flax size bugs.

I think having an Irishman providing you with a 2 for 1 Ben & Jerrys experience is the best way to cool down and get enough energy to walk the last 8km of a 36 km day. Then giant beds at the end! Deluxxxe.

I love Spain, the Camino to Santiago and all the people Im meeting, its choice.

I spent some time a little way from Castrojeriz approximately 300km to the west a small town called Les on the edge of the Pyrenean national park. It is a quiet and friendly place we stayed a little outside in a village above the town up in the hills where a French man told me he bought his beautiful house for less than he paid for his fridge. Toulouse is to the north west and worth a visit.

Looks like you are having great fun.

Thanks for the musical tip. I will definitely check it out. :-) Nothing like a little Sade tribute to spice things up I bet!

I've been in Pamplona less than 10 hours

- I was approached by a man and had a conversation (in Basque) where he told me he was a supporter of the Basque liberation movement and a free Quebec

- Had delicious fried ham and cheese sticks

- having all of his clothes properly washed

- is having a photo of himself published in the Diario...

Currently walking across Spain. My feet really hurt. Blisterrific. I did cross the Pyrenees (32 kms) in a day through pea soup fog, lengthy hailstorms, rain, and such. On my third day today. Should be in Pamplona tomorrow, yay. Im not even tired, just need to trade in my feet for another pair.

It's fine. One of the characteristics of most beach communities is a lack of motivation. I'm probably ready for something else (definitely in still in LA), but I'm busy and this is fairly comfortable so what's another summer (and probably fall) at the beach?

Oh yeah and the boxing set will be out in MR soon wink
valium:
It's a set and it was also taped by the french tv. An event would have been really cool but we're not enough located in the same place so it wouldn't be easy to organize!
