Birthday trip.
Well yes.. you'll recall me talking about heading up island with Malloreigh, Ophelia and the member formerly known as Leningrad right? Well I have some pictures now.
It all started with some Lays, that tasted like licorice. (don't ask)
Then to Wickianninish Beach, one of my favorite places to go, such an amazing beach. There was a freak heat wave when we were there so we could go walking in the ocean.
Ophelia was shocked and awed when I busted out my "crane style" kung fu.
We're so happy!
Ophelia world's finest pillow! TM
My impression of the "paths slippery when wet sign guy" - see it on the post?
So that was the birthday adventure, although you're missing defrauding hotels, alcohol consumption, an odd run-in with my aunt who lives across the country, amusing un-vegan meal seaching, the L-tree, a duck we *almost* stole, and rainforest coolness. There are more pictures, I just haven't received them yet.

On a more recent note I went to see one of the best theatre experiences I've ever had - a puppetry troup from Calgary called Old Trout who did a puppet piece called "the Last Supper of Antonin Careme" who is the grandfather of classical French cuisine. A must-see show - so theatrical and everything theatre should be about.
Here he is:
Nothing more to note really, just job hunting and preparing for the move. Went to a groovy party last night and bought from a friend the coolest chair in all of existence! I'll post a pic as soon as I'm able.

I'm fat enough as it is, thanks, I don't need pictures that misrepresent my weight
