as with the flatmate thing, in answer to your questions, the guy overseas, we arent "saving" ourselves for one another, its a year and a half apart!! and AGH today i did it (slept with my flatmate) and it rocked 
no regrets, alls good (so far) so we'll just have to wait and see. we've known eachother for over a year, so there's no "weird" feeling, so yay 
good way to comedown though hehehehehehehe
