For all the telemarketers who call and ask to speak to Mr. such-and such: Fuck you and your patriarchal society. Almost as bad as the telemarketers who call and want to speak to my "mommy or daddy". I don't sound that young!

I'm pretty sure it will be ok. I just needed to do the things that I do to get out of it- call my best friends, a few of the people who know me best, call my people in portland to hear familiar voices, eat comfort food, and remember that I've made it through more diffucult stuff than depression... Also gossip from back home doesn't hurt.. If it were a little warmer a bike ride would be in order. Exercise always makes me feel clean and alive.
