Foo Fighters have done it again for me! I swear to goodness that Dave Grohl and by proxy, his band, have a psychic connection to their fans somehow and I have spoken at length before about how they have been there for me, personally, through good times and bad times. Well, here they come again!
April 19th 1997 was a pretty dark day for me as it was the day that my Mum died. 26 years later, after their own share of tribulations, they only go and release a lyric video for new fuckin' music! (And a new album.) Then it transpires the song's called Rescued! Yes, Dave, Nate, Chris, Pat, Rami and yes, even Taylor, in spirit, you have rescued me all over again! I feel that I will always have a connection with this band and today only strengthens it more.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, crank some Foo, turn that bitch up to 11 and rock out!
