Went over to my mate Izzy's to record some basslines and a coupla guitar parts. Having ached for ages to re-record a part with my LP instead of my Tele, and having made a special trip home to pick it up, it finally transpired the Tele part sounded better... figures, eh?
Went bowling with Izzy and Kelly (Izzy's other half) in the afternoon. 12-6, 5, unlimited bowling. V. cool. Played 5 games. Won 2, n set a new personal best in the second- 177, featuring a bagger. Not know what a bagger is? Four strikes in a row baby!! Check my pics to see the scorecard
My luck quickly left me though. Managed to drop my phone one final time too many and cracked the screen. You can't see pretty much anything on it, now, so I've had to copy everything off it onto my comp and comandeer my mum's phone until I've got any money to buy a new one. Rock!?!
I really am quite poor at the moment too, and it really is my fault. In a wave of optimism after handing in a bunch of CVs last week, I went into a guitar shop and bought around 200 of gear, forgetting that I didn't actually HAVE a job yet... Need to sort out accomodation for '05, need a new phone now, and rent is about to go out next week too, and I'm in minus figures already. Not looking good.
On the plus side, in the same incident, I did manage to avoid Izzy's approaching front bumper (and a broken leg) by a very narrow margin. Put it this way- if I'd tried to catch my phone or even considered it, I'd be in hospital now. Not even "probably". :| Maybe I was lucky after all.
Put a coupla things up in my pics now, but not really sure what to put in there apart from that. Give me ideas and/or I'll put more stuff up later.

they only put out two other cd's though--ruby vroom and el oso. either of those are also good.
