Dear Spain,

I'm sorry that you obviously didn't get the message, but I now feel it is my duty to inform you all of the following:

a) The return of mullets as a hairstyle was a humorous and ironic gesture.

b) That gesture was brief, and ended quite a while ago.

We apologize for any misunderstandings that may have come about as a result of your misperceptions in this area, and look forward to seeing you correct your rather egregious errors as soon as possible.
