you ever missed a day of school or work cause you got something in your eye? i just did.

this morning when i was putting in my contacts, i put in my left contact, and something was on it... i dont know what... but it hurt my eye worse than any other regular contact obstruction... i was screaming and cussing, trying to get the damn thing out.. it was that bad

i got it out and cleaned it, but unfortunately the damage had already been done... i think my cornea got scratched or something... i tried putting the contact back in cause i thought it would get better like it usually does. it didnt. i couldnt see hardly anything, cause when you get something in your eyes, they become more sensitivie to light, and i was trying to drive to school... its amazing that i even got there without having a wreck... i tried to fix things at school, but eventually i just decided that this was stupid, and i went back home... took out my contacts... and my left eye STILL HURTS AND BURNS... its not as bad as it was, but im keeping all the lights off to let it rest... ughhh

i need corrective surgery... no more contacts!!

update 2:30pm

got back from the eye doctors.... luckily i dont have to wear an eye patch or anything (arr matey!!)... but i do have a scratch on my cornea... cant wear contacts for like a week... im thinkin i might make it longer so that way i can switch to soft contacts.....

i got the impression when i went there that the women working for the eye doctor were GLAD to see me... the cute asian girl that worked there was being all conversive...heh heh.. but then it hit me that as i was leaving i had only one pupil dialated, so the woman that was looking at me as i left might have been staring at that.....

as i said above, he dialated my left eye, but only that one, so my eyes look really freaky... kinda cartoonish... i decided to post a pic to commerate the occasion... cheers...
