today was fun! i ran all my errands with a pair of huge handmade fairy wings on. then later, i sat up in the window of my apartment with my friend AUSTIE and we used a megaphone to heckle the hordes of partygoers headed to and from the castro. we did this for two hours, mooing at people dressed like cows, giving shit to a guy dressed as a rubix cube (somebody peel that guy's stickers off!), clucking and squawking at person dressed as a very excellent chicken (he did a chicken dance to appease us), and playing sports announcers to a guy dressed as a jockey riding a stuffed horse (and the jockey takes the race!). yes, on and on we went , being smartasses, until finally one of the neighbors leaned out her window and screamed HEY WOULD YOU SHUT UP NOW??? and so, we shut up.

halloween is a crazy time in SF, the whole city really gets into it. i used to be pretty BAH HUMBUG about halloween but i had fun this year.
