4 hours sleep again. 
Left work an hour early as I was tired and hot. Its cooking in the office, like 90 degrees with NO air conditioning. Are they trying to kill their staff?

I'm afraid to complain, because the alternative (a hot office) is much worse, especially since they frown upon Naked Programming here.
