You like so many good things...hmm...by chance, does one know when the fiona apple cd shall be released? i heard january, but now we are in the fourth month of the year and it is still nowhere to be found.
Maybe you should use a chainsaw during your sets, it could be your gimmick. everyone needs a gimmick, right?

i totally know what you mean. i have been in similar situation of having to let people go based on performance despite what a wonderful person they might be you have to do what's best for the band as a whole.
