Today is an ok. I should be depressed, but I'm not. I should be feeling ultra-stressed, but I'm not. I should be in a horrible mood, but I'm not. I'm not sad, but I'm not happy either. I'm becoming convinced that I don't feel much of anything at all.

I don't really have to worry about money anymore, unless I get fired. My basement has...

Yeah . . . I feel you, dude. I should be really super relieved that my friend is okay and all of his surgeries are over, but instead I'm thinking about how hard the next few days . . . weeks . . . are going to be for him. frown Blah. frown

If you look at my SG fantasy below in my profile, you'll see why I almost freaked out today with with one of today's naked chicks. Do you think she looks like a Tolkien elf? She certainly is attractive enough, but I've never seen an elf naked before. I mean, OMG, one of my teenage masturbatory fantasies has been fulfilled. I was obsessed with the...

Wow, I agree with you. Total Tolkien Elvish goodness! You have fine taste mister. wink

I agree with you also on the Karla Homolka thing. Suicide would have been too good for her. I say Canada should have Capital punishment, and it should be an eye for an eye. As in, every dispicable horrific thing she did to those girls should have been seen on her. For life. The feelings that case creates in me very nearly defy words. Hollywood has made a movie about it, and I felt sorrow for the families when Ontario denied having it banned from theatres this year. It's the least the givernment could have done after allowing that filth and her sick excuse of a human being that is her husband live. Fuckers.

Thanks for the sympathy on my kitty. The med's seem to have taken a wonderful effect. For the first time in a couple of years he's actually not barfing every single day, so I think they are even helping his irritable bowel disorder. *knock on wood* So far, so good. It hurts so much to have a sick pet, especially when they are unable to tell you where and when it hurts. His next vet visit is soon, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that his kidney problem is doing better.

What is it with this city? Why is it so chilly out? I got a friggin' runny nose cycling this evening. And the ends of my fingers (the ungloved parts) are having a bit of difficulty with mobility right now. It's the friggin' 4th of July for heaven's sake. Of course, I didn't notice any mosquitos, so that's a blessing. But I hate having a...

Last night's vote in the House of Commons made me feel extremely proud to be a Canadian.

In spite of my dislike of Trudeau in his last four years in office, his Charter of Rights and Freedoms seems to work, even though he himself said it was gutted because of the notwithstanding clause. smile

Don't e stressed going on vacationmy friend, I know all too well how easy it is to hole it up and hide in the bedroom. But go for it! The worst thing in life to live with is regret.

How's the kitty feeling? Mine is muchos sick.
frown I hate it when the babies get sick.

What I found out today:

If one rides one's bicycle at twilight through a woody path, and one is going fast enough that one may be breathing heavily, specifically with one's mouth open, one is very likely to either swallow or inhale (or more likely both) an assortment of insects, some big, some little.

This one probably knew that from when he was a child,...

I'm on a diagonal pane of glass, sliding downwards and there's nothing I can grab or hold onto without getting cut at the very least, and without losing my fingers at the worst. And it's more than my fingers.

It's windy again, but not really really hot today. I'm going to enjoy this evening's cycling.

I thought the Prime Minister was going to weasel out of holding a vote on same-sex marriage this session, but it looks like he won't. He's gained back a little (just a little, mind you) of my respect. Now, if he would just resign, he'd gain a lot more...

It's very hot and very windy. Last year in June it rained all month and we were lucky if the temperature got above 20. Right now it's 31, and tomorrow the forecast is for 33. I think I'm ok with that for a little while. smile

I love my new mouse. It clicks like a charm. love

i'm taking the "opthalmic dispenser's" course thru red river. its 2 years, 1 nite a week, plus a minimum of 20 hours per week under the supervision of a licensed optician (thats already fine). its pretty ideal. i can still work, and once i'm done i'll get paid way more for doing what i'm doing already... plus i can get a job at another optical dispensary and finally get the fuck outta walmart. whatever tongue
