Hugo Chavez. Is it troublesome to say that I'm a huge fan of this man? Is there going to be an assassination squad sent up here to Winnipeg to 'take care of me', since it's ok for Bush to have private citizens murdered, but not necessarily leaders of countries?

How depressing it must be to be an American and to know that Pat Robertson is...

What to do, what to do...

It all started again with a phone call from a pay phone a week and a half ago. I thought it was all gone, but I'm afraid it's coming back. Don't you just love cryptic journal entries? And my friends who know I don't ever want to hear anything about her again keep sneaking little side comments in on...

I get to take my nephews and niece go-carting tonight. And I'm going to beat them in every race, except I'm not that good at the turns, so I probably won't. Oh well, it's good for their self confidence, leaving their uncle in the dust. whatever

Thank you for the compliment kiss blush

haha, well that sounds much better than mowing the lawn! hope you had fun smile

I don't know how I missed this (may have had something to do with that whole pope deathwatch thing at the same time), but I just noticed that Mitch Hedberg died on March 30th. Man. That makes me sad. He was a pretty funny guy and made me happy every time I'd see his act. frown

Wow. It would have been pretty difficult for your sister back in the 80's. Now, there are a lot more women working offshore and on drilling rigs in general.
Some men (although they mask it) still have not accepted women working in the oilfield, offshore so I shudder to think how it was back then.

It hit me like a ton of bricks today. Waking up too early was the first sign that it's probably real. I don't know. I don't want to start feeling like that again. I've been letting down my guard too often lately and leave it to my family particularly to take advantage.

Until next time. Bye for now.

Don't let them ruin yer life my friend. frown It's not worth it in the end. The word family only extends so far, I've had to learn that the hard way. Don't let them hurt you. You're a great person and so deserving of more than that! *HUG*

I love the ocean. Grew up down the street from it for part of my junior high school years. And was never too far anyway, having grown up in Southern California.

Sorry to hear that things suck right now....especially with family, that is no fun. frown

Ah yes, there's nothing like stress to wake me up at 5AM. Just fucking great. frown frown

Pork chops and apple sauce ROCK MY WORLD! Such a damn yummy combo. smile

Don't let stress wake you up at 5AM! Even though it's been doing that to me lately, but still. <g>

I wish I could cemetary explore with you, sounds like so much fun. If I get this place we will live directly across the street from a small cemetary, but it looks oldish, so I'm going to go and explore. smile

I know, stress sucks! I swear that I have an ulcer the size of a basket ball from stress. Ok, maybe I am just paranoid...but I wouldn't doubt it.
It helps me to take a hot bath. I also have cds with nature sounds on it. It never fails....the sound of rain always puts me to sleep. Maybe that would help you too.

Long day at work. Luckily I went in a little late. I knew I had a whole bunch to do that needed me to focus, and later in the day there's nobody popping into my office for 'a second or two.'

Time to do some vegetating and reading. And, of course, it's a Big Brother night. I'm sure there's at least one other person who's...

Found out when what happened? I wasn't alive 28 years ago.

I did see the snake, the handler brought it over to the cash desk before the doors were opened. Normally I don't like them, but it was a cute little snake.

Man, Google is awseome. Daddy wasn't an Elvis fan, I'm afraid. He was probably glad.

Hooray!!! Al has a new set today. She makes me crazy horny. Oops. Too much information. blush

In other news, the vet was happy with the Oz today. I get to reduce the frequency of the injections and he has another appointment in two months. How can a 19 year old cat basically recover from a kidney illness? Amazing.

Also, someone at work described me as...

You have such cute baby pics and I had fond memories of my own looking at your cycling photos. There are some nice trails that my Uncle took me on when I vacationed in Ontario.

Thanks for the welcome! smile
sluttygoodgirl:
Had a great time, thanks smile

Very glad to hear that little Mr. Oz keeps doing well!
