I wish I could cemetary explore with you, sounds like so much fun. If I get this place we will live directly across the street from a small cemetary, but it looks oldish, so I'm going to go and explore. smile

I know, stress sucks! I swear that I have an ulcer the size of a basket ball from stress. Ok, maybe I am just paranoid...but I wouldn't doubt it.
It helps me to take a hot bath. I also have cds with nature sounds on it. It never fails....the sound of rain always puts me to sleep. Maybe that would help you too.
