It's, like, really hot here right now. Outrageously hot, I'd almost say. I went for a bike ride at 9AM, thinking I'd get out there before the heat really hit, but I was sadly mistaken. I was a little perturbed when the sweat started dripping onto my glasses from under my helmet.

I bought the dvd set of the first season of Deadwood a couple of months ago and I finally just started watching it. Boy oh boy am I ever enjoying it. I hope it keeps up. I went crazy buying television series dvds today. Sopranos, season 5 (haven't seen yet), Apprentice season 1 (haven't seen yet), West Wing, season 1 (seen it, of course), AND Survivor Borneo, the first season, the best one, the one that started it all (definitely seen it).

I'm thinking about buying that Apollo 8 dvd set I saw a couple of weeks ago tomorrow. Should have bought it right away, given that I'm still thinking about it. Brady Bunch seasons 2 and 3 (season 3 features the 'porkchops and applesauce' episode which I desperately want to see again) are being released soon.

Damn I'm hot right now. Got to go into the air conditioned living room. I may just go to the lake tomorrow.
