Last night's vote in the House of Commons made me feel extremely proud to be a Canadian.
In spite of my dislike of Trudeau in his last four years in office, his Charter of Rights and Freedoms seems to work, even though he himself said it was gutted because of the notwithstanding clause.

then the coverage on the news about how people "werent going to give up their fight" for "true marriage" or whatever made me confused and angry.
