How can anybody use the Spain attacks, the Russian school attack and 9/11 as propoganda for an election campaign? And, not only that, there were Canadians, British and many other nationalities killed on 9/11, not "3000 Americans" as that asshole and his cronies would have us believe. That was one of the many things that made it a worldwide tragedy.
