I've been a member for just over a week now so it's probably time to start a journal.

Now for some boring biography stuff. I lead a relatively uneventful life. I have four brothers and six sisters and two parents (a mother and a father). My mom's ill right now and she starts chemotherapy in the next week or so.

I have a regular career as an accountant and I like to make short films on the side.

I sometimes hate Winnipeg, and sometimes we get along just fine, but I really love Canada. I've always lived in Winnipeg (except for a couple of brief interludes) and I generally always vacation in Canada.

I plan to post some of my writings in the future if for no other reason than to (perhaps optimistically) hope that someone I don't know may end up reading them. It'll all depend upon my moods. And how work is going.
