I had been hoping that the wave would miss me, but Colette79 sent it my way, so here goes:

20 random facts about myself:

1. My back is sore right now, so I'm playing hooky from work this morning;

2. I received a B.A. from the University of Manitoba, History major, English minor before fate sent me in the direction of accounting;

3. I never shave my face on weekends;

4. None of my grandparents are still alive;

5. I used to see so many movies at the cinema that I had to keep a list of the films I'd seen, otherwise I'd forget. I saw 143 in 2002, but I didn't buy popcorn every time;

6. I got braces put on when I was 38 years old;

7. I would someday like to ride every rollercoaster in the world;

8. I've worked at the same place for 20 & 1/2 years now;

9. I've never been outside of Canada or the USA;

10. I didn't get glasses until Grade 11;

11. I've never been married;

12. I once worked as the Official Agent for a Progressive Conservative candidate in a federal election. We lost (but not by much);

13. I have chocolate milk for breakfast every day;

14. I plan to move to the east coast one day;

15. My favourite soft drink is Mr. Pibb, but it's not available in Canada;

16. I've been buying the same two sets of Lotto 6/49 numbers twice a week since 1987;

17. I've owned three cars in my life, all have been Honda ccords;

18. I once went a whole winter without wearing a parka to make a point (I wore a fall jacket). I no longer remember what that point was, but I remember being friggin' cold all the time;

19. The first concert I ever saw was The Eagles with The Steve Miller Band opening for them, back in the 70s;

20. I once owned a race horse that I bought as a yearling who was so neurotic when she went out to the track as a three year old they had to give her valium. When I'd go visit her, she'd be flaked out on her side, totally out of it. She never ended up racing.
