Yes, it made me sad. Not depressed either, just sad. And the characters were so amazingly well played, as you said - so real!! I loved the way she was with her kids, and her and her husband together, and her lover, and her Mom - OK, just everyone was amazing in this movie! I am probably going to watch it again before I have to take it back. And I don't think I have seen anything else that Sarah Polley has been in, I will have to check out some more of her work.

i'll be honest, tales from gimli hospital made me want to eat my own eyes. but i was surprised about saddest music, i really liked it! he used the same shit 8mm film as he did for films in the past (complete with vaseline), but the film was far more coherant than anything else i've ever seen him do. and it was REALLY funny in some spots, too. the imagery at the end totally looked ripped off from deco dawson's Lustre (which makes sense, since they used to be friends), it looked great.

blah i busted out and bought a bus pass for my job hunting.so weird with it getting dark so fast now.i keep thinking it's later than what it actually is.took myself out for sushi today..silly me.i could have bought almost a weeks worth of groceries with that 17$..but i finally got my cheque and thought since i went to a job interview. i would treat myself.
have to go back for a second interview next weds..lucky for me they still had me on file ...by just 4 days..lol..it's almost been a year since i last applied there.and u have to do 4 tests.lucky for me i passed them all first time around.i was not looking forward to having to do them again. if they couldnt find my file..cause i while sitting on the bus on the way in there, i was like" oh my god i forgot how to add, multiply, and minus fractions" and i could have done a refresher on the computer before going...haha can u believe i totally froze and forgot how to do simple math!!!.it's not my strongest .tho i aced the spelling quiz they give you 100%.lol.anyways it's lameass telephone work answering calls from at & t customers.
