I finally broke down and bought my own PS2 this weekend. I will now spend the rest of my life playing Silent Hill, baseball, hockey, football, and some sort of games where I might be able to kill some nazis.
It's Oscars day today and that's all that matters.

I have been remiss in replying this week....yeek.
My kitty is 10 years old. He hasn't left my room since the scary event. Leads me to believe the roomates were involved in his meltdown.
And you can always, always, always make new friends and grow close to them. Some do drift away and leave, and we can't bring that back....but some stay always. *hug* if okay.
And Frebruary in WInnipeg? man, you need some serious sunshine and sandals...only a bit longer to go, hold on to the thought of warmth on your face, and a pleasant breeze in the air....

It is pointless trying to watch American Idol live because listening to Seacrest endlessly delay the results ('we'll have your votes...after the commercials') is just plain boring. Better to tape the show and fast forward through the commercials so that the advertisers don't get their money's worth. Hell, those advertisers will get back at me at the movie theatre anyway, when I'm a captive audience.

I just saw In Good Company with Topher Grace and Dennis Quaid . . . good movie. Would have been better if I hadn't had drinks beforehand. I kept trying to pass out.
