Two days until Kananaskis and I'm in an absolultely horrid mood right now. My computer keeps locking up, my thumb that I think is arthritic is killing me, probably because it's so wet outside. And because it's so wet outside, I can't even go for a bike ride. So I'm doing some cleaning, Ugh 
OK, so here's the deal. I'm not driving out west now, I'm just going to fly out there (via Air Canada, ticket cost courtesy of my workplace, purchased today) on Tuesday morning and fly back to Winnipeg on Saturday. That way I only miss four days work, and I can attend the full conference.

It's a free program you can use to chat with people. You create a screen name and then get to make a buddy list. I dunno, it's probably lame that I use it and I'm 30, but it's a great way to get to know some of my favorite members better.

Well, I officially had to cancel my end of May beginning of June vacation plans this week because of work. I'm still going to Kananaskis for a conference in June, but no extracuricular activities for me. This sucks.

And yup, my doctor had a big ego, but I appreciate it. My brother is a doctor, and having been a musician myself, I know with certain occupations that you need it just to survive it and DO it. He was also very very kind though. Thanks for the wishes. I'm alive. <g>
