That run this morning ended up being 8 miles... at an airborne shuffle no less, and the greatest part about it was...people still fell out and we had to do circles trying to pick them up. I could've walked faster than what we were running! Anyway I'm spent...mostly mentally.

Ha ha! Good effort with the run/shuffle! It is far more exercise than I am getting at the moment so be thankful for that.

Hmmm! Yeah, there are definitely some things about the Army I don't miss. Having said that, If there had been any girls like you in my regiment I may well still be there.... err actually, if there had been any girls at all in my regiment that would have been a start
