Today I went biking down by the river, in the Bosque. I was playing in the riversand with cayotes yipping to the south and migrating geese honking to the north at sunset, surrounded by a city yet all by my lonesome.
Morgan pointed it out recently - a bit of sunshine and fresh air really takes the edge of, well, everything else.

Tonight I was tired and didn't want to leave my peaceful, quiet, not-too-freezing house. Nonetheless, I drove (gasp) up to visit other quiet, peaceful people.

+ Add liqour and stir.
- It was still peaceful, and not so quiet.

We joined the party across the street playing a sick-and-twisted variant of limbo. I wish i'd taken pictures. "Pick up the paper bag with your teeth while standing on one leg", where a thin strip is torn from the paper bag with each successive round. I was amazed; the guys did *very* well... I figured the 'flexible' girls would whop us. My knees hurt a little now.

We ended up lying on the floor, 6 or 8 of us in candlelight, heads all in the center, 'singing'. Not choreographed, mind you, just holding out pitches and listening to how they meld together. 'Toning' is, I suppose, the proper term. It kept going. And going. Mild hallucinations of the warm and fuzzy sort (for me at least) ensued.

I'm told it's Jah Rasta Bob's birthday today. So he's an Aquarius?
